Moving back is a nice idea.. and being able to bring your work with you is even better! What I would like to suggest, if you don't mind is explore the possibility of working remotely for your current employer if it is feasible. I am also trying to that now.. In that way, you get the best of both worlds. Otherwise, please try to consider first what kind of source of income you'd pursue if you move here. If you used to live here I guess you have an idea of the kind of salary one gets here .. you have to take that into consideration too.
