		<description>Congrats! I&#039;m sure it is a very liberating feeling. As for me, I haven&#039;t resigned yet as I&#039;m still working from the local office for a few more months. But I do plan to cut the cord on October. The toughest thing about resigning is the financial considerations, but I believe the health and personal benefits of coming back outweighs the money aspect.
