Hey! I found a Dutch Cafe right in the heart of Manila called Juris Cafe. My husband was so thrilled to see that they serve Bitterballen, Stamppot with Andijvies and Unox sausage and sinigang which are his favorites. Wow, they also serve Belgian beers. The owner is also an Amsterdammer. Can’t wait to visit that place.

Hello..I live in Canada but I’m also planning to move back to the Philippines. I have enough of living in consumer society. Just want to live a simple life in the Philippines. If you are indeed planning to move back, I suggest that you just take it easy and do things or operate a business that will not put you back in too much stress; otherwise, you might as well just stay where you are right now.

Hi Eric! Yes, I agree with you. I just plan to take it easy and not hurry too much on doing business. Health first before money
Right now I am taking some break from work.

My Dutch friend would probably be happy to consider retiring in Cebu if there is more reason to go to Manila other than my place.

In addition to Cecilia’s post.. Have you considered Cebu? I currently reside in Cebu, and this place is booming in terms of IT parks and villages. Amazing place to live in as well.. If you rather do without the hustle & bustle of Manila, this place is definitely worth checking out
