Consultancy Services

My background and goals :
  1. I am a Filipino-American who grew up and lived in the Philippines for 24 years.  I lived in both the USA and EU for about 12 years combined  and understands western values but at the same time I also consider myself a local here who knows and identifies with the mindset and upbringing of Filipinos.
  2. I have first-hand personal experiences in most of the things mentioned below and if not know personally people who have gone through the same issues and know exactly how to deal with these issues.
  3. I will only refer you to providers or agents which I have satisfactory experience with or have good references
  4. My goal is to save you time (even money) and to make sure that  you do not have to experience all the unnecessary frustrations and confusion of dealing with things here in the Philippines.
  5. Promote  all the positive things one can experience by visiting or living here, the perks and pleasures of living in a beautiful tropical country.

Consulting services would include:

  • How to obtain Philippines visa for a foreigner to the Philippines.
  • Finding Schools or Universities and Assist in the Application Process
  • Finding Houses to Rent and Suggest Ideal Locations based on your needs or situation / Provide Referrals to Brokers/Agents I have had good dealings with (Note: I am not a broker and I have no affiliation with any real estate companies)
  • Consultation with regards to bringing your Goods over to the Philippines or Importing Goods from Abroad
  • Assist with starting up an offshoring business, or refer you to a local partner
  • Find service providers such as Internet Providers, Gardening/Landscaping, Taxis, Car Rental, etc.
  • Career coaching for those who are thinking of getting a job in the Philippines (or possibly even abroad!)
  • Consultation with Regards to Bringing your Spouse to the Philippines or to EU or USA.
  • Locating Venues to rent for Events such as  Parties, Weddings, etc.
  • Assistance in finding Office Space and Good Locations depending on your needs
  • Setting up a Metro Manila address  or Mailbox service to receive your mail
  • Setting up a US mailbox to keep your US address and keep on receiving mails.
  • Medical Tourism Assistance (example: infertility, long term care, surgeries, etc.)
  • Philippine Tourism – suggest where to go, find transportation,  select accommodations and  booking and such things
  • Assistance in finding Skills Training (such as: learning Filipino language(s), English, Entrepreneurship, IT Certification, IT Trainings, Trade courses etc.) – it’s so much cheaper to get it here than elsewhere!
  • Preparation and Pre-visit Checklist for first time Visitors to the Philippines
  • Providing advice to returning OFW’s and kababayans who are planning to return to the Philippines

Services I definitely do NOT Provide :

  • Introduction services that are romantic or sexual in nature
  • Any kind of paperwork dealing with government , or financial (I will refer you to someone else who does)
  • Legal or medical counsel (I am not an attorney)
  • Any form of services that involve transfer of money, packages or sensitive data or any dealings that are financial in nature
  • Job Placements both local and abroad ( I need a license for that ;-) )
How to Avail of My Services:

  • For faster response please indicate in the  SUBJECT:   BTP Consultation  and on the BODY of your e-mail your Name, Contact Info, Time Zone, Preferred Mode of Contact and Schedule of Appointment and a description of your question or concern.
  • I will promise to answer you as soon as I can.
  • We setup an appointment for online (via Skype) or in-person consultation.

Payment

  • My consultation fees are:  $40 USD per hour  for online/phone and $60 USD  for in-person (Metro Manila only). You will be billed upon completion of the consultation appointment.   (Min. 1 hour) **
  • We will provide you with a quotation for other services you choose to avail of after the consultation.
  • I also accept payment in Euros and Philippine Pesos based on prevailing exchange rates.
  • OFW’s can avail of 50% discount on consultation fees  (proof of OFW status required).

**Fees, Discounts and Services Provided can be changed without prior notice
